Our General Ledger makes it easy to enter your information. Since you can easily add our Accounts Payables or Accounts Receivables software.
Posting your transactions to General Ledger is easy you can either do a Batch posting or you can select the individual transactions to post. The software also allows you to print and reprint any posting runs that you make. As you continue to work within our system you are automatically creating your financial statements. All you have to do is tell the software which ones you want to print. Each time you post any transaction the software allows you to print an audit trail. This is used mainly to track the activity that you have completed. If you do not print the audit trail during posting its not a problem you can easy run a Posting reprint from the software. |

Our software comes with the option that allows our users to customize their General Ledger reports with special calculations and headings. When the users print any report they can choose from the standard report included or they can select to use there special customized report. The software allows you to pick and choose what you want to use. And the nice thing is if you customize your own report and later want to use the standard one for something else it is |

Account Activity With our General Ledger software you can easily review and reprint any information in the system. We have made it easy for you to go back and take a look at the past. When you are looking at the Account Activity window you will be able to select any of your General Ledger accounts and lookup the history for that account. This will span as far back as have entered. Unlike most software's ours system manages its storage so well that we can keep all y our history available to you without eating up your hard disk space. We have also made it easy to close out your fiscal year and still be able to review the prior years |
