| The Company was originally established in 1986. PEM software Systems, Ltd. was incorporated in 1989 located in Connecticut. Then in 2005, seeking a much warmer climate, we moved and incorporated in North Carolina as PEM Software Systems, Inc. | ||
| The principals of the Company worked their way up through the computer industry working on developing new software for mainframes. When the Personal Computer market started in the early 1980's they started to make the move. First it was DOS based computers then Windows became available. Through it all they loved to work the users and develop software based on the users needs. | ||
| Working for large companies in the early years before PEM Software, we achieved real success. But today working with small companies and hearing the satisfaction and gratitude from the users and business owners far exceeds our expectations. | ||
